ALACRAO 2025-2026 High School Fair Information

How to register for fairs:

Registration is NOW OPEN for the Spring 2026 High School Fairs. Registration will close on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. After this date, late registrations will incur a late registration fee. 

Important for Team Registrations

If you’re registering on behalf of a recruiter or team, you must pass along every confirmation and update email you receive. The registration form includes an “Additional Emails” field where you may add your recruiters’ addresses so they receive all fair communications directly. (See the screenshot below for where in the form to enter them.)

Registration timeline:

*Please note that late registration will be sent as a seperate invoice from registration. 

Late registration requires approval from each fair’s District Coordinator and is not guaranteed. The link for late registration will be sent by the District Coordinator upon approval.
You must contact each District Coordinator directly to confirm availability if completing late registration. District Map and Coordinators. Once approved, the District Coordinator will share a form for you to submit.

Note: Institutional members receive calendar access at no additional cost. All other membership tiers must purchase access separately.
